This is what we call our "skooter skirt", most people would call it a "skort", but we're not that kind of company. We think that "skooter skirt" sounds oh so lovely.it as a skort, but we think skooter skirt sounds nicer! :) The skooter skirt is made out of black stretch satin and has built in shorts.
